Hello everyone! My name is Savanah Spencer-Haughton and I am 24 years old. I have 6 years of experience in the lash industry and I am planning on expanding the services I offer within the next few years. I am extremely passionate about what I do and I love to meet new people! Making people feel beautiful is one of the main benefits to my job.

5 minute walk from Leicester Train Station.
10-15 minute walk from Leicester Clock Tower.

Deposits
A £10 deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total of your booking. If you cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit and you will need to pay another £10 deposit if you would like to re-book a new appointment.

Terms & Conditions 
Lateness
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and you fail to notify me, a £10 late fee will be added to the total of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your scheduled appointment will be cancelled and you will be expected to pay a £15 last minute cancellation fee.

Cancellation 
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, you will be expected to pay a £15 last minute cancellation fee.

No Shows
If you fail to show up to your appointment without any notice, you will be expected to pay the full amount of your scheduled appointment.

Failure to pay your late fee, cancellation fee or no show fee will result in you no longer being able to book in with me.

Refunds
Under no circumstances do I offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your lashes, please let me know at the end of your scheduled appointment or within 24hrs of leaving. You will need to rebook an appointment with me and I will be happy to make any changes free of charge to ensure you are satisfied with the service.

Do I infill others work?
Under no circumstances do I infill other lash artists work. You will need to book a removal & full set if you have lashes prior to your appointment. I would advise you not to try and remove them yourself as this can damage your natural lashes.

Plus ones
Under no circumstances do I allow plus ones at your scheduled appointment. 


OOH (Out of hours)
If you would like an appointment that is not shown on my booking site, message me directly on my instagram page (baddieonabudget_by_savanah) and I can schedule this for you. There is a £15 extra charge for OOH appointments.
